Kenyan Premier League (KPL) giants AFC Leopards have announced they will sign strikers Nassor Kapama and Michelle Katsvairo who have been on trials with the club.
Kapama, a Tanzanian national, formerly with Tanzania side Coastal Union and Ndanda United has been trying out with club and according to Leopards' Football Operations Manager, Tom Juma, the striker has impressed the technical bench to the level of being handed a deal.
Katsvairo on the other hand is Zimbabwean, formerly with Kaizer Chiefs and Singida United. He was in trials with Ingwe as well and scored a goal against KCB in an earlier preseason friendly match.
"We have the Tanzanian striker (Kapama) who has played two friendly matches and he has impressed us, I think we will sign him. Michelle went back home for some personal matters, he'll be back soon and we will sign him as well ," he said.
Juma further revealed that striker Ezekiel Odera who has been away from the team on disciplinary grounds will resume training with the rest of the squad on Monday 3 December.
"We also have Odera. He will resume training on Monday and I think we are covered in our striking department, we don't have a problem," he added.
Leopards begin the 2018-19 campaign with a match against Kariobangi Sharks on Sunday 9 December.
