CECAFA U17: Three Changes as Kenya names squad for Tanzania test

Kenya U17 head coach Michael Amenga has made three changes when his charges comes up against Tanzania in the semi-finals of the ongoing CECAFA U17 Championships in Burundi; the match set for Wednesday 25 Aprilat the Muyinga Stadium.

Maxwell Mulili, Lesley Otieno and Michael Abong’o have been drafted into the starting lineup in place of Brian Olang’o, Nesta Wangema and Christopher Raila; the latter having been suspended for having accumulated two yellow cards in the group games.

Second Place 

Kenya booked a semis berth following a second place finish in Group A after thumping hosts Burundi 4-0 in their opening game before being held by Ethiopia and losing their last group game against Somalia.

The winner of the tie will face the victor of the other semi-final pitting Somalia against Uganda in the final set to be played on April 29.
