After close to two months on the sidelines due to a back injury, Kariobangi Sharks first choice keeper Jeff Oyemba has resumed light training.
The keeper's last appearance was on June 17, 2018 in the 0-1 loss to Posta Rangers and he has missed the last six Kenyan Premier League (KPL) matches with his side winning just once in his absence.
The club confirmed the keeper's return to training but stated that he is not yet ready for action.
"Good to see our shot stopper back after a long injury lay-off. He started light training and of course it will take a while to see him back on the pitch but he is on the right track," the club announced.
