Croat Zdravko Logarusic formerly with Kenyan Premier League (KPL) giants AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia has signed a two year deal with Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko to seal a return to the country and will be handling a third Ghanaian top flight team.
In a statement on the club’s official portal, there are some motivational packages enshrined in the Euro-Pro License coach’s contract if he leads the Porcupines to win the league title. There’s also an option for renewal.
Present at the signing was the club's Executive Chairman, Dr. Kwame Kyei who stated the club’s desire to strengthen the technical team ahead of the 2016/17 season.
Kyei said the appointment of Logarusic was key to lifting the performance of the playing unit and called for total support for the coach who arrived in Ghana last week. The coach is expected to start work this week after his work permit is secured.
