Matano makes changes ahead of FOSA clash

Kenya’s representatives to the CAF Confederations Cup, AFC Leopards will be tackling FOSA Juniors of Madagascar on Wednesday 21 February starting 2pm EAT and head coach Robert Matano has made his picks, injecting a number of changes from the side that was held to a 1 – 1 draw in the first leg in Kakamega.

Yusuf Mainge, who netted in the first leg of the clash has been named on the bench in one ofv the changes and he will be joined by goalkeeper Gabriel Andika, Matano opting to start with newly signed Jairus Adira in goal.


Leopards need at least a scoring draw to keep their chances alive and this responsibility will heavily be placed on Ezekiel Odera’s shoulders while he will have company upfront from Jaffery Owiti and Baker Lukooya.

Skipper Duncan Otieno keeps his place in the starting team but Collins Okoth and Henry Uche miss from the squad altogether.
