With 21 days remaining before the season kicks off, National Super League (NSL) side Administration Police has confirmed Benlee Juma as the new head coach.

Juma’s technical bench will have CAF C Licence holder Dave Ongiri as his assistant Coach and Samson Gitau who has paved way by taking up the team managers role.

“Benlee Juma comes on board as the Head Coach with vast experience both local and international football. Dave Major Mc'Ongiri is the current assistant Coach. A qualified coach with KNVB Certificate and CAF C License,” statements by AP read.

Good run

AP will be chasing a better run in the 2018 NSL season having made their return to the second tier in 2017. Their 2017 season saw the side struggle and finished six points above relegation. They managed nine wins, seven draws and lost 20 matches.

Conceding was the major undoing as they let in a total of 61 goals against 37 scored goals. Coach Juma will be hoping to guide the side to a better finish in his first season.

The side will kick off their league campaign on February 10 against Ushuru FC at Camp Toyoyo.
