Swedish top flight side AIK has sent scouts to Kenya to aid in identifying top upcoming stars, as reported by the country's football portal, Fotballdirekt, which states that the scouts have been in Kenya for about a week.
Tobias who has in previous years scouted for his club in Sierra Leone and Ghana is trying to match their Stolkholm rivals Djugardens IF who have roped in a big number of African players in recent times.

"Our scouting is ongoing both in and outside Sweden, but we do not want to comment on what we are doing right now," Tobias said.
In recent years, many Kenyans have crossed over to Sweden starting with Keshiwa Reysol striker Michael Olunga who moved straight from the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) with Gor Mahia, to Djugardens IF.
Others to have joined Swedish teams in recent times are Eric Johanna and David Ochieng who are both contracted at IF Bromma in the top flight with the trio of Eric Ouma, Ochieng Ovella and Anthony Wambani featuring in the lower divisions with Vasalunds.
AIK invited striker Masud Juma, then of Kariobangi Sharks, for a two week trial in 2017.
