The Lens: Nzoia Sugar FC versus Gor Mahia

Our lens will always be in handy to bring not only the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) action but any football related action in the country as witnessed in week 11 of league action when Gor Mahia travelled to Mumias to take on newbies Nzoia Sugar FC.

In a gama that saw keeper Boniface Oluoch save a first half penalty taken by ex AFC Leopards defender Edwin Wafula this coming after the 15 times KPL champions had taken a lead through Meddie Kagere in the 14th minute.

The 1-0 win ensured that Gor cemented their place at the top of the log with 25 points, two points above Posta Rangers who had been held to a goalless draw by Nakumatt FC in the same week. 

Gor Mahia entertains Thika United in their next league fixture with Nzoia Sugar FC who are placed 11th with 13 points travelling to Muhoroni Youth to take on Muhoroni Youth in week 12 of action.
